I gave them a downloaded contact.csv from my iphone that was all over the place in terms of formatting. I spent SEVERAL hours trying to get the file formatted correctly for uploading to Command. A fellow agent showed me this website so I sent them the file and Presto! They formatted the csv, referenced a few errors that I needed to fix then all 300+ contacts were uploaded at once.
